冷轧薄板压平缝焊接头力学行为的有限元分析
Fracture Mechanics Analysis of Mash Seam Welded Joints of Sheet Using FEM
【摘要】 采用有限元法对冷轧薄板窄搭接压平焊缝接头力学行为进行了分析;根据平均Missess应力及位移场结果分别计算了相应的应力集中系数及强度因子K,着重考察了裂纹长度、裂纹与板面夹角及接头搭接量对应力集中系数尤其是对应力强度因子的影响.结果表明:裂纹长度和裂纹与板面夹角对应力场有较大影响而搭接量则几乎没有影响.随着裂纹长度的增加,裂纹与板面夹角的增大,应力集中系数与K增加.计算结果为焊接工艺优化及焊缝质量的判别提供了依据.
【Abstract】 The stress and strain fields of mash seam welded sheet joints, witch containedunmelted carcks, are calculated using a commercial ALGOR FEM software. The stressconcentration factor and the stress intensity factor K are analysed using mean misses stressand strain fields respectfully. The influences of joint’s geometric parameter, such as cracklength, crack orientation and weld width, on the stress concentration factor and K areinvestigated. The results show the stress concentration factor and K increase with increasingcrack length and its orientation angle with weld width direction.but weld width is of rareinfluence.
