【Abstract】 During the process of using SESAR to derive sea-state parameters, spectral processing has great importance. This paper presents a simple, robust Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) method to select model order, and a novel method with noise compensation to improve Burg algorithm. Both computer simulation and actual data processing indicate that the methods not only derive the signal which FT method can’t derive, but also give more accurate processing result than Burg algorithm.更多还原
