【摘要】 以核安全法规为依据，介绍了对高通量工程试验堆（ＨＦＥＴＲ）运行过程中产生的各种异常及事件的确认、分类、报告和处理方法，给出了典型运行事件和部分运行数据的分析结果，指出了某些技术上的薄弱环节，并对如何更好地遵守核安全法规体系及加强核安全监督工作提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the confirming,classifying,reporting and handling of all kinds of the operation abnormality and event of High Flux engineering test reactor(HFETR)based on nuclear safety law.The analysis results of typical prototype′s operation events and part of operation date are given,and some weakness links of technology are presented.At last,some suggestion are given in order to observe the nuclear safety law system and strengthen supervision and management of operation better.更多还原
