【摘要】 破坏性地震发生后,需要快速判断这次地震的人员伤亡和经济损失情况。根据对地震灾害损失评估的不同要求,本文将地震灾害损失分为四个级别评估,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级评估属非现场评估,所需时间较短,其结果可初步判断震灾规模;Ⅲ、Ⅳ级评估为现场评估,结果准确,可作为震后救灾的依据。这样使得震害损失评估时间满足要求,结果科学准确,从而更好地为政府部门提供抗震救灾依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 After a damaging earthquake occurs,a rapid assessment of the deaths,injuries and losses due to the earthquake is neccessary.This paper suggests that the seismic damage assessment can be conducted in four steps,thus the accuracy of results will be in four levels accordingly.The step one and step two are assessment without survey in situ,the results are rough,but less time is needed.Step three and step four are assessment according to survey in situ,results are accurate and can be used as reference for rescue action but more time is needed.In this way,the damage assessment can satisfy the information demand of government,news medium and the public gradually.更多还原
