【Abstract】 Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaint., an important pest of the economic crops such as citrus and tea, developes 4-5 generations per year with generation overlapping in Fujian Province of China. It overwinters with the nymphs under the surface of leaves. The overwintering nymphs begin to pupate in February next year, and the adult is emergent and oviposits during April. The development period of nymphs each generation is from early April to early June with the 1st generation, from mid June to late July with the 2nd, from mid July to early September with the 3rd, and from mid September to next March with the 4th, respectively. The pest overwinters after November and peaks from June to September. The natural enemies of Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaint. and the biological control as a major measure are also dealt with in the paper.更多还原
