微小孔振动钻削机理研究

【摘要】 采用振动钻削的方法对微小孔进行钻削加工,设计制作了一台新型、高效的超声波振动钻削设备,在几种常见材料上,通过改变振动钻削参数,进行孔径为0.2~1.0mm 的钻削实验;借助扫描电镜,分析孔的表面和剖面形状,对普通钻削与振动钻削加工的孔进行了比较;从入钻过程、孔的尺寸形位精度、切屑断屑形式、孔的表面质量、钻头寿命等方面分析总结出微孔振动钻削的加工机理。

【Abstract】 A new method of machine microvoid by using vibration drilling is suggested. With an advanced and effficient self-designed equipment for virbration drilling, the virbration drilling experiments on several typical materials are conducted by using micro-twist drill in different size varied from 0.2 ̄1 mm and by changing some drilling parameters. Comparing the virbration drilling with the original one. The surface and section of the holes with the help of scanning electronic microscope are analyzed. The law of virbration drilling is summed up in several aspects such as processing of drilling, size and surface quality of microvoids, processing of sutting chip, time of stable wear of drill and so on.
