【摘要】 首先揭示了中国股市中的游资现象，并对中国股市中游资的来源进行了分析。从两部门经济模型看，游资是从非必要储蓄和非必要消费的构成中分离出来的；从三部门经济模型看，政府支出（Ｇ）和税收（Ｔ）都会直接或间接地影响游资总量；从四部门经济模型看，进出口差额的大小也会通过企业的生产性消费（固定资产投资，库存投资等）和家庭的消费两部分的传导，影响到游资量；从券商自营资金的组合看，券商的资金组合中也存在游资。其次，本文通过对游资的本质及功能进行分析后，认为股市中的游资是一种世界性现象并有其存在的必然性。最后，就股市游资需要量进行了模型描述，并说明了政府对游资量的调节目标和利率调节方式；针对当前中国股市的现状，还指明了政府调控股市的重点任务所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly,this paper has revealed the phenomenon of hot money in Chinese stock market and analyzed the origins of the hot money : Hot money divorce from non necessary deposit and non necessary consume for the model of two sectional economy;The governmental expenditure and tax both affect directly or indirectly hot money gross for the model of three sectional economy ; For the model of four sectional economy, imports and exports balance yet affects hot money gross with transmitting by enterprise investment and family consumption ;There are a lot of hot money in investment schemes of the invest bank . Secondly ,this paper considers that the way of hot money in stock market is the ways of the world ,and that it is inevitable . finally ,this paper has explained the governmental regulative target about hot money gross and regulative way about interest rate .
