应用示教再现技术实现柔性制造系统有轨小车的准确定位
Applying Teaching and Playback Technology to RGV Positioning in FMS
【摘要】 示教再现技术是机器人常用的一种技术。本文提出通过示教再现技术实现有轨小车的定位控制,并采用双向示教、单向回原点、软件补偿等措施来提高小车的定位精度,该方法已应用于南京机床厂FMC500的工件运输小车,证明运行可靠、简单实用
【Abstract】 Teaching and playback is the technology frequently used in robot .The paper suggested that the positioning precision of RGV might be increased by using the measures such as the double direction Teaching , Single direction back to origin and software compensating. The technology has been used in the RGV of FMC500 of NanJing Machine Tool Works successfully.
