【摘要】 目的：采取光固化封闭的方法治疗面牙本质敏感症；方法：用粘固剂涂布过敏牙本质表面并与氟化钠脱敏剂相比较，结合电镜扫描分析其作用机理；结果：经光固封闭治疗牙本质过敏症其疗效明显优于对照组，除即刻与对照组无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）差异外，对三个月、半年后观察疗效均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），光固封闭脱敏法经三个时间段观察差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；结论：光固化封闭治疗是一种较理想的治疗本质敏感症的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To treat the dentine hypersensity of occlusal surface with light cure ealant Method:Analysis the mechanism of the treatment with adhension by scanning EM,and contrast to that of sodium fluoride glycerine.Result:Observe the effcet of the treatment to dentine hypersensity with light cure sealant it is much better than the control team.In spite of there is no great difference between the treatment team and the control team immediately(P>0.05),it is quite different at three months and six months(P<0.01),There is no great different among the three periods(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment with light cure cealant is an ideal method to cure dentine hypersensity.更多还原
