【摘要】 目的：寻找治疗隐睾症理想的手术方法，搞清隐睾患者阴囊壁的解剖；方法：５８例６４侧隐睾采用肉膜固定法手术治疗；术中解剖阴囊壁；结果：所有患者原隐睾均一次性降入阴囊。１例并发阴囊积血，无其他并发症；结论：隐睾患者的阴囊壁仅皮肤和肉膜两层，肉膜内填以脂肪组织；肉膜内固定法疗效佳、并发症少，优于其他方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find an ideal operation for cryptorchidism and get knowledge of the anatomy of scrotal wall of cryptorchides.Methods:Sixty four retained testicles in 58 crytorchides were treated by intradartrous cryptorchidopexy and scrotal walls were also dissected.Results:All retained testicles were successfully drawn down into the scrotum once and for all.No complications were found except for hematoscheocele in one patient.Conclusion:Scrotal wall of cryptorchides is composed of derma and darts,and intradartrous adipose tissue is present.It has good effect and few complications.Intradartrous cryptorchidopexy is better than the others.更多还原
