【摘要】 目的：本文对１０４例３５岁以下青年人及１０５例６０岁以上老年人乳腺癌进行回顾性分析；方法：比较其病理改变及临床特点；结果：病理组织学分类两组仍以浸润性导管癌为多见，临床青年乳腺癌发病率近年来有上升趋势，老年乳腺癌病程较长合，并症较多；结论：两组腋淋巴结未转移者预后明显优于有转移者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze characteristics of clinic and pathology through study on 104 cases of breaset cancer within thirty five years old and 105 cases of breast cancer above sixty years old Methods:The study was reviewed and sorted out original data,looked up along with clinicopathologic conclusion.Results:It was found that invasive ductal cancer was 64(61.53%)cases in the young people group and invasive ductal cancer was 59(56.19%)cases in the old age group.There was no significant difference among the size of tumour,the place of tumour and histological classification.Recently there was ascending trend in clinicoincidence of the young people breast cancer.There was more long course of disease and more complication in the old age group.Conclusions: The results of the clinicopathological study showed that the invasive ductal cancer was more breast cancer of pathologichistology in the young people group and the old age group.The prognoses of the two groups are better in negative lymphatic metastatic cancer groups than positive group.更多还原
