【摘要】 目的：本文旨在研究冠心病心绞痛、心肌梗塞病人的经皮氧分压（ＰｔｃＯ２ ）和二氧化碳分压（ＰｔｃＣＯ２）的改变。方法：采用经皮组织氧分压监测仪对５１ 例临床上确诊为心绞痛、心肌梗塞病人及６０ 例健康人分别测定前臂内侧的ＰｔｃＯ２ 、ＰｔｃＣＯ２ 值。结果：测得心绞痛、心肌梗塞组ＰｔｃＯ２、ＰｔｃＣＯ２ 值分别为５９．８５±１０．４０ｍ ｍ Ｈｇ、５７．２０±６．０９ｍ ｍ Ｈｇ，健康组为７６．８０±７．５８５３．３２±１０．８１ｍ ｍ Ｈｇ。结论：冠心病心绞痛心肌梗塞病人的ＰｔｃＯ２ 值明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜ ０．００１）而ＰｔｃＣＯ２ 虽较健康组高，但无显著性差性。ＰｔｃＯ２、ＰｔｃＣＯ２ 可作为冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞病人的外周微循环改变的监测指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of PtcCO 2 and PtcO 2 in patients with acute myocardial infarction or angina.Methods:51 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction or angina and 60 cases of normal persons were measured PtcO 2 and PtcCO 2 located on interior hand of forearm,by using Transcutaneous Oxygen Tension Apparatus.Result:The values of PtcO 2 and PtcCO 2 were 59.85±10.40mmHg,57.20±6.09mmHg and 53.32±10.81mmHg in patients with acute myocardial infarction,angina and normal group,respectively (P〈0.001) .Conclusion:In acute myocardial infarction and angina group the value of PtcO 2 was significantly lower than that of normal group.PtcO 2 and PtcCO 2 may be indexes for extra microcirculation in acute myocardial infarction and angina.更多还原
