【摘要】 目的：观察牛膝骨膜炎冲剂治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床效果；方法：治疗组口服牛膝滑膜炎冲剂加外敷中药，对照组口服布洛芬，外用封闭抽吸法，分别观察其近期、远期疗效；结果：治疗组在改善症状、体征，前后比较皆取显效，在避免关节腔感染，减轻关节内粘连、骨质疏松上明显优于对照组；结论：牛膝滑膜炎冲剂口服加外敷的效果较口服布洛芬加封闭抽吸法为优，在控制关节内感染、止痛方面疗效独特，且无类固醇药物的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of achyranthes root synoivitis diluent on traumatic synvitis.Method:The result of two groups was studied respectively.In the treating group achyranthes root synovitis diluent was took orally,and TCM was compressed.While ,in the control group,ibuprofen was took orally and block syctuib was applied.Result:Its efective to improve the symptoms and signs in the treating group.and Its much superior to the control group in preventing the infection of joints cavity and reducing the adhesions of interjoints.Conclusion:Achyranthes root synovitis diluent is superior to ibuprofen in preventing infection and analgesa.And theres no steroid side effect.更多还原
