【摘要】 目的：观察比较硬膜外丁哌卡因复合不同剂量芬太尼术后镇痛效果。方法：１５０例（ＡＳＡＩ—Ⅱ）随机分成五组，每组３０ 例，各组丁哌卡因浓度均为０．１５％ ，芬太尼浓度则分别为２μｇ／ｍ ｌ、３μｇ／ｍ ｌ、４μｇ／ｍ ｌ、５μｇ／ｍ ｌ、６μｇ／ｍ ｌ，连续输注速度为２ｍ ｌ／ｈ。采用双盲法对比观察镇痛效果和有关并发症。结果：含芬太尼４μｇ／ｍ ｌ、５μｇ／ｍ ｌ、６μｇ／ｍ ｌ三组镇痛效果较２μｇ／ｍ ｌ、３μｇ／ｍ ｌ组好，但６μｇ／ｍ ｌ组搔痒副作用较多。结论：丁哌卡因和芬太尼复合液行硬膜外连续输注镇痛时，其芬太尼浓度以４～５μｇ／ｍ ｌ较为合适。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The epidural analgesic effect of bupivacaine containing different concentration of fentanyl mixtures was compared.Methods:150 patients(ASAI-Ⅱ)undergoing Caesarean section with epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into five group.The concentration of bupivacaine was 0.15% containing different concentration of fantanyl 2μg/ml、3μg/ml、4μg/ml、5μg/ml、6μg/ml respectively.The analgesic effect and the incidence of complications were investigated with double blined method.Results:The analgesic effect o f 4μg/ml、5μg/ml and 6μg/ml fentanyl were better than that of 2μg/ml and 3μg/ml but the incidence of pruitus in 6μg/ml fentanyl was increased significantly.Conclusion:The concentrntion of fentanyl 4μg/ml to 5μg/ml in mixtures of bupivacvaine fentanyl for epidural analgesia was acceptable.更多还原
