【摘要】 的：为了观察氯胺酮－ 异丙酚静脉复合麻醉对小儿血流动力学及呼吸功能的影响。方法：选择７５ 例患儿，分成氯胺酮组（Ｋ 组） 和氯胺酮－ 异丙酚组（ＫＰ 组） 。Ｋ 组单用氯胺酮静脉麻醉。ＫＰ组使用氯胺酮－ 异丙酚复合静脉麻醉。ＫＰ 组又按给药时机分为４ 个亚组。连续监测用药前后ＨＲ、ＮＢＰ、ＳＰＯ２ 、ＰＥＴＣＯ２ 、Ｒ 的变化。结果和结论：ＫＰ组麻醉后ＨＲ、ＮＢＰ变化小于Ｋ 组（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 而ＫＰ组各亚组间无显著差异（Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ；ＫＰ组对呼吸的影响大于Ｋ 组并于异丙酚给药时机有关，在静脉推注氯胺酮１ ～２ｍｉｎ 内静推异丙酚者，ＳＰＯ２ 下降，ＰＥＴＣＯ２ 升高，与Ｋ 组有显著差异（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，而在静推氯胺酮３ ～４ｍｉｎ 后静推异丙酚ＳＰＯ２ 、ＰＥＴＣＯ２ 变化与Ｋ 组无显著差异（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。我们的体会是氯胺酮－ 异丙酚复合静脉麻醉对小儿循环影响轻微，对呼吸影响与异丙酚给药时机有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to observe the changes of hemodymics and pulmonary function during intravenous ketamine-propofol balanced anesthesia in children.Methods:75 cases were divided into 2 groups:the ketamine group(K group) and the ketamine-propofol group(KP group).According to the inverals between the injected ketamine and propofol KP group were further divided into 4 subgroups.Result and Conclusion:After injected the drugs,the changes of NBP and HR in KP group were smaller than in K group(P<0.01),and the changes of SPO 2、P ET CO 2 in KP group were larger than in K group .This influence was considered in relation to the injected intervals between ketamine and propofol.When the interval shorter than 2 minutes, the influence had significant differences(P<0.01)and when the interval longer than 3 minutes,the influence had no significant differences(P>0.05).The authors experience suggested that during the ketamine-propofol balanced anesthesia,the changes of hemodynamics be small and the influence to pulmonary function be related to the injected interval between ketamine and propofol.更多还原
