【摘要】 目的：探讨快微乔线皮内缝合法在会阴缝合术中的临床应用价值。方法：用１ 个零的快微乔线（ 带弯针长９０ｃｍ） ，阴道粘膜连续缝合，会阴部肌层和皮下脂肪层间断缝合。皮肤行内缝外埋，紧贴皮下褥式穿行，线结打在皮内，术后不用拆线。结果：会阴部切口愈合佳，无水肿、硬结、疼痛轻、不留疤痕。结论：用快微乔线皮内缝合，在会阴缝合术中值得临床推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to understand the value of perineorrhaphy adopted intracutaneous suturae with VICRYL sutures.Methods:Suture the vaginal mucosae continuously,muscle of perineum and subcutaneous fatintermittently.Suture the ectosome continuously close under the skin with o WICRYL.Knoting sutures intracutaneously so that need not be snipped off.Results:The incision healed without edema,induration and scar.The patients feeled only mild dolores.Conclusions:The results indicated that the perineorrhaph adopted intracutaneous suturae with Vioryl sutures is a useful method.更多还原
