【摘要】 目的和方法：为了探讨 Ｃ Ａ５０ 、 Ｃ Ｅ Ａ、 Ａ Ｆ Ｐ、β２ Ｍ Ｇ 联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤诊断的价值，本文用放免法测定了３０ 例胃癌、４２ 例肝癌、２５ 例结直肠癌的 Ｃ Ａ５０ 、 Ｃ Ｅ Ａ、 Ａ Ｆ Ｐ、β２ Ｍ Ｇ值，同时测定了５１ 例正常人，２５ 例肝硬化、２８ 例肝血管瘤、胃炎、胃溃疡４４ 例的上述四项值。结果与结论：结果发现胃、肝、结直肠癌的测定值明显高于对照组及非肿瘤组（ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） ，四项联合检测的阳性率也明显高于单项检测的阳性率。四项肿瘤标志物联合检测可以提高消化道恶性肿瘤的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective and method To observe the value of CA 50 afp AFP CEA β 2 MG in malignant tumor of degestive tract.CA-50 AFP CEA β 2 MG30 cases of carcinoma of stomach 42 cases of liver cancer ,25 cases of colon cancer and 51 cases of normal 25 cascs of hcpatocirrhsis 28 cascs of hepatic hemangioma.44 cases of gastritis ,gastric ulcer were test by radioimmunoassay.Result and Conclusion:the value of the carcinoma of stomach,liver,colon and rectu is higher significantly than the control group and the non-nepolastic group (p<0 01),the positive rate of the combined test is higher significantly than the singly test.So the detectable rate of malignant tumor of digcstive tract更多还原
