熔纺中空纤维皮芯结构的形成原理及动力学模拟
THE MECHANISM AND DYNAMIC SIMULATION OF SKIN-CORE TEXTURE FORMATION OF MELT SPINNING HOLLOW FIBER
【摘要】 将中空纤维沿径向分成m 个等厚的同心套筒,空心部分为m 1 层,纤维部分为m ~m 1 层,基于热量平衡,推导出每个套筒的温度微分方程,结合力平衡、质量守恒及材料方程,利用龙格- 库塔法可进行计算机模拟。根据模拟结果讨论了中空度对温度、速度、张力三场及速度梯度、皮芯温差的影响。结果表明:中空度对纺丝成形影响不是很大
【Abstract】 The skin\|core fiber was divided into m concentric sleeves with the same thickness along the radial direction. The m 1 sleeves were hollow part and the m~m 1 sleeves were fiber part. Based on the thermal equilibrium, each sleeve’s temperature differential equation was deduced. The computer simulation by Rugge\|Kutta method was realized with force equilibrium, mass conservation, material constructive equation and temperature differential equation. According to the results of simulation, the effects of hollowness on the distributions of temperature, velocity, tension, velocity gradient and the skin\|core temperature difference were discussed. The result showed that the hollowness had not much influence on the spinning formation.
