聚烯烃弹性体的物理机械性能
Machanical properties of polyolefin elastomers
【摘要】 讨论了聚烯烃热塑性弹性体乙烯- 辛烯共聚物( P O Es) 的结晶行为,填充增强剂( 炭黑、碳酸钙) 、增塑剂( 石蜡油) 和辛烯含量等因素对 P O Es 物理机械性能的影响。结果表明, P O Es 具有良好的物理机械性能,加入炭黑有较好的增强作用,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、100 % 定伸应力和邵尔 A 型硬度提高,冲击弹性和扯断伸长率下降; 加入碳酸钙和石蜡油, P O Es 综合性能有所下降, 加入石蜡油可降低试样的邵尔 A型硬度。无论是添加增强剂或增塑剂, P O Es 仍然保持良好的耐热老化性能。随着辛烯含量减少, P O Es的邵尔 A 型硬度和相对密度增加,并具有较高强度, D S C 熔融结晶峰温度也提高,更接近树脂性能。
【Abstract】 Polyolefin elastomers(POEs) were ethylene and octene copolymers produced using metallocene catalyst. Crystalline behavior of POEs and the influences of reinforcer, plasticizer and octene content on mechanical properties of POEs were investigated. The results showed that POEs had good mechanical properties. Addition of carbon black had effect of reinforcing, 100% modulus,tensile strength, Shore A hardness and tear strength increased drastically while impact resilience and elongation at break decreased. Addition of plasticizer and CaCO3 decreased mechanical properties, but plasticizer lowered the Shore A hardness.Whether plasticizer or reinforcer was added, POEs still maintained good heat aging property. As octene content of POEs decreased, the Shore A hardness, the relative density and DSC melting peak temperature of POEs increased with higher strength.These properties were closed to the properties of plastics.
