动态硫化对聚烯烃热塑性弹性体力学性能的影响
Effects of dynamic vulcanization on mechanical properties of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer
【摘要】 通过分析动态硫化过程中橡胶相硫化和相反转之间的关系, 从粘弹性角度出发, 提出用压敏胶模型来描述橡胶弹性对橡塑间界面结合的影响,根据此模型讨论了硫化速度和剪切速度对界面和力学性能的影响。采用分步动态硫化法使弹性体的力学性能得到明显提高。
【Abstract】 The rubber crosslinking and phase conversion procedures in dynamic vulcanization were analyzed.A pressure-sensitive adhesive model was suggested to discribe the interfacial bonding between rubber and plastic.The effects of curing speed and shearing strain on interfacial bonding and the mechanical properties were explained by this model.A new two-step dynamic vulcanization was put forward and the mechanical properties of the elastomer were improved remarkably.
