交联剂对LDPE/EPDM发泡料流变行为的影响

【摘要】 探讨了交联剂过氧化二异丙苯对低密度聚乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶(LDPE/EPDM)共混料流变行为的影响。研究了含有交联剂发泡料的熔体剪切速率对熔体流动行为以及ηa、温度敏感性的影响。结果表明,随着交联剂用量的增大,熔体ηa增大,体系温度敏感性增大。

【Abstract】 The rheological behaviour of the LDPE/EPDM blend melt with blowing (or foaming) agent AC and cross -link agent was studied in this paper. The influence of shear rate on the viscosity and temperature sensibility was also discussed in details. It was shown that as the content of cross - link agent was increased the apparent viscosity of the melt was raised and the sensitivity of the melt flowability to temperature became more obvious in the range from 170 to 190℃.
