新型高活性催化剂乙烯气相聚合的研究——共聚反应动力学及共聚产物性能表征
Study on Gaseous Phase Polymerization of Ethylene With Highly Active Catalyst——Kinetics of Copolymerization of Ethylene With 1-butene and Characterization of Copolymers
【摘要】 研究了新型高活性催化剂TiCl4、Ti(OBu)4/MgCl2、SiO2、ZnCl2/醇/AlR3体系催化乙烯和1-丁烯气相共聚反应的规律和动力学。动力曲线属衰减型,其动力学方程描述为R1-R8=(R0-R8)e-βt。求得了共聚单体中各种乙烯/1-丁烯比例的动力学参数。表明1-丁烯含量越大其聚合速度越大、衰减也越快。用X射线衍射、DSC对共聚产物进行了表征;测定了产物的密度和粘度,表明当1-丁烯含量为0~30%时,可以得到密度范围为0.887~0.950 g/cm3的各种密度聚乙烯。发现了共聚物具有新颖的熔融双峰。
【Abstract】 The gas - phase copolymerization of ethylene and 1 - butene was conducted in the presence of a highly active titanium catalyst with SiO2- MgCl2- ZnCl2 as compound carrier. The efficiency of the catalyst in copolymerization of ethylene and 1 - butene was higher than that in homopolymerization of ethylene, and showed a maximum at the ratio of B/(B + E) = 5%. The decaying kinetics was described by the equation ln(Rt - Ra) = ln(R0 - Ra) -βt As the molar ratio of 1 - butene/ ethylene increased from 0 to 307 70, the melting point, density and crys-tallinity of the resultants was decreased dramatically from 139.8 to 124.0℃ , from 64.1% to 27.2% and from 0.950 to 0.887g/ cm3, respectively. The resultants were characterized with DSC and X-ray diffraction, and bimodal DSC curves of the copolymers with different ratio of 1 - butene/ethylene were obtained.
