炭纤维前驱体聚丙烯腈原丝的研究

【摘要】 控制共聚单体的进料速率,不同的共聚单体对制备聚丙烯腈原丝的聚合反应有不同的影响。本文采用X-射线衍射、热分析及其它常规方法对炭纤维前驱体聚丙烯腈原丝的结构和性能作了研究。丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸的加料速率对聚合反应及聚丙烯腈原丝的性能影响不大,而亚甲基丁二酸则影响很大。

【Abstract】 In order to control the distribution of composition among the polymeric chains, different co monomer was fed into the reactor at a varied rate. It was shown that different co monomer had different effect on the structure and properties of PAN precursor for carbon fibre, which were determined by X ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimeter and other usual methods. The cycling temperature for PAN precursors slightly shifted to a higher temperature as a result of the co monomers were more uniformly dispersed among the polymeric chains for AN MA and AN MAA copolymers. However, the cycling temperature for AN IA copolymer was largely decreased by more uniformly dispersed IA co monomer among the chains due to IA co monomer being able to initiate the cycling of CN groups at a lower temperature and PAN precursors with more uniformly dispersed co monomers among polymeric chains had lower crystallinity index, crystalline size, orientation, then resulted in lower tensile strength.
