1,3,5-三甲氧基苯合成新方法研究
A New Approach for Synthesis and Characterization of 1,3,5Trimethoxybenzene
【摘要】 以六氯代苯为原料,经过醚化、脱氯两个步骤合成了标题化合物,其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。反应的最佳条件为:C6Cl6与CH3ONa的摩尔比为1∶6,反应时间2.5h,产率67.5%
【Abstract】 The title compound was synthesized by refluxing C6Cl6 with NaOMe in pyridine for 2.5h to gave 1,3,5(CH3O)3C6Cl6, which was then dechlorinated with Na in MeOH under efficient stirring. This compound has been indentified by elementary analysis, IR,1HNMR and MS. The reaction conditions recommended are as follows:the molar ratio of hexabenzene to methylalcohol is 16, reaction time is 2.5h, the yield is about 67.5%.
