聚芳醚腈共聚物的合成与性能

【摘要】 以二卤代苯甲腈、对苯二酚、间苯二酚为原料,制备了几种不同间苯二酚/对苯二酚比的聚芳醚腈树脂。采用流涎成膜法制备了它们的薄膜。对薄膜样品进行了红外光谱分析和热分析,测定了力学性能,在扫描电子显微镜上观察了薄膜拉伸断面。结果表明:(1)合成产物具有聚芳醚腈结构;(2)薄膜热历史对其玻璃化转变温度及耐热温度指数影响很小;(3)SEM形貌表明样品断面存在明显撕裂行为,表现出较大的断裂韧性。

【Abstract】 Several copolymers of Poly (arylene ether nitriles) LPEN(HQ/RS) I were synthesized with2, 6-dihalobenzonitrile, resorcinol and hydroquinone. The PEN (HQ/RS) films were prepared by solutionmethod and characterized by FR-IR and thermal analysis. Their mechanical properties were tested, the tensile fracture surfuces of the films were observed by SEM. The results showed: (1) The poly(arylene ethernitriles) structure existed in PEN (HQ/RS) structure; (2) Thermal history of PEN(HQ/RS) has a little effeet on glass transition temperature and heat-resistance index; (3) Good fracture toughness were observedon SEM fracture suface morphologies.
