微量脉冲进样─导数火焰原子吸收法测定小鼠血清锌含量
DETERMINATION OF ZINC IN MOUSE SERUM BY MICROSAMPLE-DERIVATE FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 目的建立一种新的测定小鼠血清中锌含量方法。方法微量脉冲进样与导数火焰原子吸收分析技术联用。结果方法的检测限为:0.012μg/ml。相对标准偏差为1.8%.结论本方法可用于血清中微量元素的测定。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveA new method was proposed for determination of zinc in mouse serum.MethodsMicrosample-pulse with derivative technique was adopted.ResultsThe detection limit of this method was 0.012 μg/ml and its RSD 1.8 %. ConclusionThis method could be used for determination of the trace elements in sera.
