【摘要】 目的探讨白内障手术大切口与反眉形无缝线小切口对术后散光的影响。方法将两组４３例患者４８只眼，均于术后１周、１个月及３个月进行检影验光。结果反眉形无缝线小切口术后切口关闭严密，反应较轻，视力恢复快且散光小。经统计学处理，两组散光有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论反眉形小切口既经济又安全，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of large incision and frown shaped small sutureless incision in cataract surgery on postoperative astigmatism.Methods43 patients (48 eyes) in large and small incision groups were examined with skiakinescopy at one week,one month and three months respectively after operation.ResultsThe frown shaped small sutureless incision is tight in suture,light in reaction,faster in visual acuity recovery and small in astigmatism.There is significant difference in the astigmatism between the two groups ( P < 0.01 ).ConclusionThe frown shaped small incision is economical and safe.It can be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
