【摘要】 目的：观察肺癌模型诱癌前外周血淋巴细胞染色体。方法：对10只Sprague-Dewely大鼠心脏取血，采用常规染色体制作方法及分带技术。结果：染色体众数为42，即20对常染色体和1对性染色体。其中4对为近端着丝粒染色体，7对为中着丝粒染色体，10对为顶端着丝粒染色体。结论：诱癌前实验大鼠染色体的研究为其与诱癌过程中染色体的改变对比提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the morphology of chromosomes of peripheral blood lymphocytes before induced carcinoma, theheart blood of 10 SD rats was taken. Regular chromosome methods and dividing techniques were used. The resultis that the total number of chromosomes was 42. Their morphology was described in detail.更多还原
