高强度粉末冶金烧结耐磨合金衬套的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-INTENSITY SINTERED WEAR-RESISTING ALLOY BUSHING WITH POWDER METALLURGY
【摘要】 研究了铁道货车用新型高强度粉末冶金烧结耐磨合金衬套,并对主要添加元素Ni和Mo的作用机理进行讨论;与现用烧结铜钢衬套及27SiMn钢制衬套比较,提出替代建议。
【Abstract】 The new high-intensity sintered wear-resisting alloy bushing with powder metallurgy for railway carriage is researched,the mechanism of the main adding elements of Ni and Mo discussed,the bushing compared with the present-used sintered copper-steel bushing and 27SiMn steel bushing,institution suggestion proposed.
