两种金属离子[Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺]——螯合剂缓冲体系中自由[Ca²⁺]的计算

【摘要】在一种金属离子[Ca2+ ]及两种金属离子[Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ]螯合剂缓冲体系中总[Ca2+ ]t 的计算工作基础上,进行了含有两种金属离子[Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ]——螯合剂缓冲体系中自由钙[Ca2+ ]的计算研究.特别是利用微机给出了简单计算公式,编制了计算程序;并给出部分常用数据.只要在所需pH 值、温度、[EDTA]t 或[EGTA]t 浓度条件下,根据实验要求,由[Ca2+ ]t 和[Mg2+ ]t 就可以求出自由[Ca2+ ].更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basic w orking w e have calculated total[Ca2+ ]t in calcium -chelator buffersystem ofone m etalion[Ca2+ ]ortwo m etalions[Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ],and w e studied the calculation of free[Ca2+ ] concentration in the calcium -chelator buffer system of tw o m etalions [Ca2+ ,Mg2+ ].With the aid ofcom puter w e m ade out a sim ple form ula and som e frequently used data. According to the requirem ent of special experim ent,the form ula and data can be used for calculating the free [Ca2+ ]on certain condition of pH,tem perature, total concentration ofthe [Ca2+ ]t,[Mg2+ ]t,[EGTA]t or [EDTA]t.更多还原
