【Abstract】 Inorder to promote the application of random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)in silver carp, the amplification conditions,repeatebility of RAPDin silver carp were studied The results show that:the optimal condition for DNA amplification is: 2 5 mmol/L of Mgcl 2, 200μmol/L of dNTPs1 5 Unit of Taq polymerase, 0 2 μmol/L of primer and approximately 25ng of genomic DNA; the PCR fragments are consistent with each other when template DNA is extracted from blood 、muscle、liver and egg,respectively更多还原
