【Abstract】 Two Bt cotton lines R 1,R 2 and two cultivars Emian22,Ekangmian3 were used as parents to produce three combinations of F 1,F 2 and test crossing posterities.The inheritance of insect resistance of each combination was studied.The results showed that there was one pair of distinct different dominant genes between Emian22 and R 1,Ekangmian3 and R 2.The Bt insect resistance genes between R 1 and R 2 are not allele.The exogenous Bt gene in cotton can steadily inherit,but they were randomly inserted.更多还原
