【摘要】 衰变加速因子(DAF) 是补体激活途径中的一个重要膜调节蛋白, 转人DAF 基因猪可以作为人器官移植的供体。采用斑点杂交试验(Dotblot) , 对经显微注射导入了hDAF 质粒片段、用聚合酶链反应(PCR) 鉴定的阳性猪所产仔猪32 头进行了整合检测, 获得转基因阳性仔猪14 头。说明了Dotblot 可作为转基因动物外源基因整合检测的一种手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Decay accelerating factor(DAF)is one of the important membrane regulating protein in the complement activating ways.The transgenic pigs for human DAF gene can used for xenotransplatations donors.Dot blot was used for examination and determination the integration of hDAF in genesome of pigs.Of 32 piglet given birth by transgenic pigs which were proved to be positive with PCR,we found 14 piglet integrated with hDAF in genesome.更多还原
