【摘要】 参考人、鸡、鼠的ＥＳＲ 基因序列， 设计一对引物， 采用ＰＣＲ 技术扩增出猪的ＥＳＲ 基因一段ＤＮＡ 片段。将该片段克隆到ｐＧＥＭＴＥａｓｙ 质粒载体中， 重组质粒经ＰＣＲ 鉴定和酶切分析确定克隆成功。经测序结果分析确定该片段为猪ＥＳＲ 基因与其他动物第４ 号外显子相对应的一段ＤＮＡ 片段， 大小为３３２ｂｐ。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the data of the human,chicken and rat ESR sequence,a pair of primer is designed.The DNA fragment of the pig ESR gene was amplified successfully by PCR.The fragment was cloned into pGEM T Easy vector.Restriction enzyme analysis and PCR amplification of cloned fragment indicated the cloning successful.The result obtained from DNA sequencing show the DNA fragment is a fragment of exon 4 of the pig ESR gene and the length is 332bp.更多还原
