提取桔皮色素的研究(Ⅰ)
Study of Extracted Pigment from Orange Peel()
【摘要】 研究了从桔皮中有效提取桔皮色素的方法，提取率为１３８％。讨论了温度、ｐＨ、光、热以及溶剂对色素的影响。
