【摘要】 采用药浴、口灌及注射的给药方式检测了中华鳖稚鳖对红霉素（ＥＭ）、氯霉素（ＣＰ）和土霉素（ＯＴＣ）的耐受力，结果表明用３种抗生素药物以５０００μｇ／ｍＬ药浴，按体重计用１０００μｇ／ｇ口灌和５００μｇ／ｇ（ＣＰ为２００μｇ／ｇ）注射，中华鳖稚鳖均能耐受，表明中华鳖稚鳖对供试抗生素具有较强的耐受力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The toleration of young soft shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis) to erythromycin, chloramphenicol and oxytetracycline was examined by the method of bathing,oral administration and intraperitoneal injection. The results showed that 5 000 μg/mL bathing, 1 000 μg/g(based on turtle weight) oral administration or 500 μg/g (Chloramphenicol was 200 μg/g) intraperitoneal injection of these three antibiotics was safe to soft shelled turtle, which indicated that soft shelled turtle had high tolerance to the three antibiotics.更多还原
