温度变化对番茄幼苗抗寒性的影响
Effect of Temperature Change on Cold Resistence of Tomato Seedlings
【摘要】 在低 温(15 ℃) 、中温(20 ℃) 、高温(25 ℃) 条件下 生长的 番茄幼苗 ,定植前 15 d 放 置在 相同的高温 条件下(25 ℃) ,测定 了各处 理不 同 时期 幼苗 叶 片中 脯 氨酸、束缚 水、自由 水 含量 ,以 观 察其抗寒 性的变 化,结果 表明:在 低温下生 长的番茄 幼苗 抗寒 性较 强,中 温下 生长 的 幼苗 次之 ,高 温下生长的 幼苗抗 寒性最差 ;但三种 处理的 幼 苗放 置在 同 样的 高 温下 抗寒 性 迅速 下降 ,尤 其是 低 温下生长的 幼苗下 降幅度最 大,到定 植时不同 温度处 理幼苗的 抗寒性已 无明显 差异。
【Abstract】 Tomato seedlings which have been risen in low(15℃),Medium(20℃)and high temperature(25℃)were put into same condition(25℃)before set in field.In order to find change of cold resistance,the content of proline,binding water and free water were determined.The results were as follows: Cold resistance of tomato seedlings was better when it was rosen in low temperature,weak when it was rosen in medium temperature and weakest when it is rosen in high temperature.But the cold resistance of seedlings of three treatments declined rapidly after temperature was changed into high temperature,especially the seedlings rose in low temperature,the cold resistance of seedlings of three treatments was no obvious difference before they were set in field.
