新型耐热胶粘剂苯胺二苯醚树脂与双马来酰亚胺共聚物的研究

【摘要】 介绍了苯胺二苯醚树脂与双马来酰亚胺共聚物的合成，并研究了其热性能及在胶粘剂方面的应用
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new type of heat-resistant resin was synthesized from amineterminated diphenyl ether oligomer(ANDPO) and bismaleimide(BMI).The thermal properties of this resin were characterized by TGA and DSC,a kind of heat-resistant adhesives were prepared and their adhesion properties were studied.
