【摘要】 研究了硫化剂、相容剂、炭黑及共混比对 M V Q/ E P D M 共混物力学性能的影响。提出了耐热水蒸气橡胶制品的合理配方, 指出了提高共混胶的相容性及共硫化是获得优异性能产品的关键。

【Abstract】 The effects of curative,compatilizer,charcoal and the ratio of MVQ/EPDM on the blend’s mechanical property have been studied in this paper.The results show that if choosing DCP as curative,the properties of the blend compound are very good when the level of DCP is between 2 and 4 shares.The blend’s mechanical property improves as the level of compatilizer X increases,the scattered phase becomes smaller and distributes more homogeneously.Reinforcement-filling agent should be added into MVQ and EPDM individually before blending.The blend’s mechanical property enhances as the level of charcoal increases;however,it will have smaller tensile property.Therefore,improving the blend compound’s compatibility and co-cure is the key to achieve excellent properties.
