【摘要】 一个国家的外汇供给与需求决定这个国家货币的对外比价,而国际收支平衡表的贷方项目构成外汇供给,借方项目构成外汇需求。日前人民币对美元等外汇的比价基本上是建立在这种市场机制之上的,是可信的市场信号。从我国国际收支情况看,人民币不存在贬值的需要,从我国利用外资情况及我国出口品的结构来看,人民币不存在对外贬值的可能。人民币将继续维持目前对美元的比价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply and demand of foreign exchange in a state decided its exchang rate. The credit side of international balance of payments make up foreign exchange supply, while the debit side make up foreign exchang demand. The present exchange rate of RMB to US dollar is basicly es-tablished at this mechanism. So it is reliable. It is not neccesary to devalue RMB from the point of international balance of payments. It is not possible to devalue RMB from the point of utilizing the foreign capital and of structure of export goods in China. So, RMB will keeps the present price level.更多还原
