GH8607双相铁基合金的时效行为

【摘要】 目的对GH8607双相铁基合金的时效过程、强化相析出和基体相变进行研究.方法采用高温X射线衍射、热膨胀分析、TEM等试验手段.结果GH8607合金在时效时具有较高的硬化速率.析出相为碳化物(M23C6,M6C)和金属间化合物(Laves相、X相).时效过程中出现δ→γ转变,并在随后的冷却中产生板条马氏体;时效后经多次重复加热,在马氏体中沉淀出强化相.结论GH8607合金具有高的时效温度和热强性,可用于制造在850℃以下工作的热挤压模具.

【Abstract】 Aim To study the ageing behaviour, precipitation of strengthing phase and phase transition of the basemetal of the GH8607 duplex iron base alloy. Methods Testing methods such as high temperature X ray diffraction, thermal expansion detection, TEM etc., are adopted. Results GH8607 hardens fast as it is aged. The precipitated phases are the carbide M 23 C 6, M 6C) and metalloid (Laves phase, X phase) the δ→γ transition occurred during the ageing process will form lamellar martensite after subsequent cooling. Strengthening phases are precipited in the martensite during the repeated heating and cooling operations after ageing. Conclusion Due to its higher ageing temperature and high temperature strength, GH8607 is suitable for manufacturing heated extruding dies working under 850 ℃.
