【Abstract】 The author analyzed the high-tech industrialization’s regional interrelation effect by using the system theory and method from the angle of high-tech shift and diffusion among the regions, provided the hightech industrialization’s regional interrelation mode, then constructed the industrialization’s regional interrelation model.
