【Abstract】 The light inhibited the growth of radish root in vitro comparied with dark. The blue light showed strongest inhibition on the growth, then the red and white light.The light promoted anthocyanidin synthesis of isolated root,especially white light,then the blue and red light.The sections showed that anthocyanidin was in the sieve tubes and cells of parenchyma near bast.更多还原
