微腔半导体激光器的抗噪声性能
The Anti-Noise Behaviour of Micro-Cavity Semiconductor Lasers
【摘要】 针对被假定为白噪声的电流噪声,在大信噪比的前提下,计算了微腔半导体激光器在不同参数下的信噪比增益和输出信噪比, 为高质量的光输出、高抗噪声性能的微腔半导体激光器的设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The signal-noise-ratio-gain and output signal-noise ratio of micro-cavity semiconductor lasers in different parametres are caculated in presence of electric current white noise, which input signal power is higher more than noise. Our results give theoretically. direction of designing micro-cavity semiconductor lasers with good anti-noise property.
