【摘要】 报道1995年贵州省清镇、福泉两县市2535户10719名农村居民卫生服务需求与利用情况，分析了影响医疗服务利用的因素，研究表明．该区居民二周患病率14．08％，平均慢性病患病率13.89％，住院率4.72％，平均住院天数10．7天，应住院而未住院率46．23％，88％的人由于经济困难所致。农民均为自费医疗，患病经济负担重，医疗费用高影响了卫生服务利用更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural health service demand and utilization of 10719 rural inhabitants in 2535 households in 2 counties of Guizhou province were studied in 1995.The factors influencing health serveic utilization were analyzed.The data showed that the illness prevalence of the individuals within 2 weeks was 14.08%.The Average chronic illness prevalence was 13.89%.The hospitalization rate was 4.73% within 12 months ,the hospitalization date Averaged 10.7% days,failure to be hospitalized rate 46.23%,88% of patien ts failing to be hospitalized were due to economic problems,the expensive medical care.更多还原
