【摘要】 为比较经治疗与未治疗精神分裂症患者的局部脑血流（ｒｃＢＦ）特征，应用_９９ｍＴＣ－乙撑双半胱氨酸二乙酯（ＥＣＤ）ＳＰＥＣＴ技术，以范畴测验为心理作业任务，测量１０例已系统治疗与１２例未系统治疗的精神分裂症患者静息状态与心理作业时的ｒｃＢＦ，并与１０例正常对照组比较。结果显示，静息状态时，治疗组大脑各区 ｒｃＢＦ稍低于未治组，与对照组相近，未治组大脑各区 ｒｃＢＦ高于对照组，左侧明显。心理作业时，治疗组与未治疗组左额叶功能活动不能被激活，左、右额叶ｒｃＢＦ均明显低于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare regional cerebral blood flow （rcBF） in medicated and unmedicated schizophxenics, 10 medicated, 12 unmedicated schizophrenics and 10 healthy volunteers were included in the study. rcBF were studied by using _99mTc-ECD SPECT. The results showed that when the unmedicated group were at rest the rcBF was higher than that in the control, especially that in the left hemisphere. At rest rcBF at each region of the brain in medicated group was moderately lower than that in unmedicated group. Moreover, when the patients in medicated and unmedicated groups were taken to cognitive challenge task an obvious deficit in the activation of the frontal lobes of both sides was Observed, rcBF of the left and right frontal lobes was obviously lower than that in the control.更多还原
