光学相干层析成象技术的医学诊断应用
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS RESEARCH USING OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY
【摘要】 利用超短脉冲飞秒激光建立了OCT实验装置,通过对动物肾脏组织样品的层析成象,OCT 图象与传统组织学图谱能找到很好的对应关系;对动物脑梗塞模型组织的扫描成象,得到了脑梗塞侧和正常侧的OCT 图象,实验中,大脑病变组织和正常组织能够被正确区分.
【Abstract】 Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a new kind of noninvasive cross sectional imaging technique.In this paper,OCT system is implemented by use of a tunable mode locked Ti∶Sapphire femtosecond pulse laser source.The OCT image of a mouse nephridium cortex tissue is agreed with the histological images.On the other hand,mouse brain (animal model of cerebral embolism) pathological changes tissue and normal tissue can be discriminated.It shows that this technique holds promise as a potential tool for the tissue diagnosis.
