水解反应温度对溶胶-凝胶SiO2增透膜光学性能的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF HYDROLYSIS REACTION TEMPERATURE ON THE OPTICAL PROPERTIES SOL-GEL-DERIVED SILICA AR COATINGS
【摘要】 在制备高激光损伤阈值溶胶-凝胶二氧化硅增透膜的工艺中,水解反应温度对镀膜溶胶的形成和薄膜的光学性能都有很大影响.本文较为详细地研究了这一重要工艺多数对镀膜溶胶的颗粒度、分散性、稳定性的影响,以及它对薄膜增速效果的影响.
【Abstract】 In the process of preparing sol - gel silica anti - reflective (AR) coatings, the hydrolysisreaction temperature will influence sol formation and optical properties of the AR coatings- The effectof this processing parameter on the particle size, monodispersity, stability of the silica sol, and theoptical properties of the coatings is investigated in this paper.
