【摘要】 按《中国老年人体质调研》工作手册制定的测试指标和测试方法 ,对广州地区三所高校共 1 88名男女性退休教职工的体质进行调研 ,以了解退休教职工的体质变化。结果表明 ,退休教职工的某些体质指标在退休后的几年发生明显的变化 ,其中 ,身高、体重、腰围、臀围等形态指标变化不明显 ,但女性的体脂 %有明显上升现象 ;尤其是在 66岁以后肺活量、力量、手眼协调能力、身体平衡能力等在退休后呈逐年下降趋势更多还原

【Abstract】 Following measuring indexes and methods regulated in physique investigation of aged people in china,physique investigation of 188(both sex)retired higher education staff member were done Results showed certain indexes change greatly after retirement No obvious decrease showed in height,weight,waist length etc,but body fat of women increase obviously Indexes such as Vo 2max,strength,coordination of hand and eyes,balance had decrease change after age of 66 especially更多还原
