从多穗柯中提取二氢查耳酮(DHC)类甜味剂的研究
Research isolating DHC sweet agent from Lithocarpus
【摘要】 本文研究了自野生植物多穗柯叶中提取二氢查耳酮(DHC)类甜味剂的生产工艺,小试结果表明该工艺路线合理可行,得率5%左右(占干叶重),并对二氢查耳酮(DHC)类甜味剂的结构及理化性质进行了初步地探讨,为野生植物多穗柯的综合利用提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 A production technology isolationg DHC sweetenning agents from the leaves of wild pland Lithocmpus poystachyus Rehd, was researhed. The result not only showed that the technoho was successful, but also elucidated the structure and the physical - chernical properties of DHC. The contents of DHC is about 5 %.
